We are equipped with 10 advanced debinding furnaces, which are specially designed for the pre-treatment process of subsequent parts. The efficient debinding furnace can be used to remove the alkali generated during the injection molding process, providing a clean and stable material foundation for the subsequent sintering process.

We have 10 advanced sintering furnaces that can precisely process metal and ceramic parts under high temperature conditions to meet the densification and high strength requirements of different materials. The equipment supports a variety of sintering processes, including vacuum sintering, atmosphere sintering and pressure sintering, and can flexibly respond to complex production needs.
Sintering furnaces are widely used in the manufacture of high-performance parts in the medical, aerospace, automotive and other industries to ensure that the products have excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance and dimensional stability. Our CNC machines are equipped with advanced control systems that can achieve micron-level processing accuracy.
